30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
30-day Satisfaction Guarantee return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipment will be the responsibility of the buyer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization number (RMA) will not be accepted.
Damaged or Material Defects
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you find any defects, damage, or incorrect items, contact us immediately. We will promptly assess the situation and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or a refund for the defective item. All outdoor cups are shatterproof if dropped and used in a "normal use" fashion. The cups are not resistant from scratches or discoloring over time. We are not responsible for any expense related to misuse of any product. Dunkee Cup reserves the right to determine "normal use". Owner assumes full responsibility.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You will be refunded your original payment within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
